When this trade called my name back in 1999, I never would have thought this was going to be my passion.
I worked for a major independent cabs, doors and entrances manufacturer where I learned the ins and outs to be able to manage a crew and develop their skills as they go.
Working with customers, suppliers and our own crew has its challenges, but when you see a completed project going out the door, it is satisfying.
I am passionate about this; I love what I do and the crew that helps us get there.
Keeping our quality, while delivering our products with no issues to our customers is our number one priority.
For this, communication is key, being open and honest with all the supply chain that feeds us with materials to get ours done, communicate with the logistics companies to have our products get to the final destination and keeping our customers well informed during this process, is something we do at all costs.
There is a quote I read once that applies to us:
"Manufacturing is more than just putting parts together. It's coming up with ideas, testing principles and perfecting the engineering, as well as final assembly, the biggest room in the world is the room for improvement".
