My name is Elsie Rodriguez. I was born in Miami, FL but raised in Venezuela and came back to the United States in 2003. I have been employed at IDEC Elevator Products since 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. I love to contribute to the growth of the company by providing good communication and service to our vendors, customers and subcontractors. To further expand my knowledge, I have taken on additional duties when allowed, which have provided me with the skills necessary to further my career with the company. I recently completed an Advanced Accounting course and have been mentoring for about 6 months with the current Accounts Payable Supervisor at our corporate headquarters in Salisbury, MD. My passion is learning and growing. I feel the more knowledge I have, the more valuable I am as an employee and coworker. My goal is to continue to excel in my current role while also learning and taking on more accounting duties. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 3 beautiful children. My weekends often consist of soccer games and traveling to soccer games.
