Field Operations Manager

With 31+ years of experience in the elevator manufacturing and vertical transportation industry, I have a deep technical knowledge and have developed valued client relationships over those years. This knowledge was developed when I started at IDEC in 1993 under then owner and President Jim Frentzos. A Greek immigrant, he and his brothers emigrated to America after WWII. He was an engineer at Canton Elevator and consultant to Minnesota Elevator for 20+ years before he decided to venture on his own and created IDEC in 1989. Jim built a firm foundation for IDEC in the Southeast United States until his untimely passing from cancer in 2003. I couldn't have asked for a better mentor.

I currently serve as Field Operations Manager and Sales Consultant, though I've held multiple roles in my tenure with IDEC from Manufacturing Director to Vice President and General Manager. These varied positions have given me the ability to listen thoughtfully to our clients' issues and concerns and initiate action. I am happy to be a go-to resource for our clients and our team as well. I am currently managing multiple accounts and have outperformed our goals over 3 decades in wildly varying economies. In addition to my career in vertical transportation I have been married to Renee Frentzos Molinary since 2005. We have a daughter Jaime Michelle and on Valentines Day 2024 became first time grandparents to our granddaughter Everly James Sullivan.
