• Crating & Skidding: Products such as cabs, entrances, and doors are securely mounted on custom-built wooden crates or skids to prevent shifting and damage during transit.
• Protective Wrapping: Surfaces—especially finished metals like stainless steel or painted panels—are wrapped in protective film, foam, or corrugated sheets to guard against scratches and dents.
• Labeling & Identification: Each component is clearly labeled by job, part number, and location to streamline installation and reduce confusion on-site.
• Hardware & Instructions: Hardware kits and any necessary installation guides or drawings are packaged separately but included within the crate or clearly attached.
• Moisture Protection (if needed): For sensitive components or long-distance shipments, desiccant packs and plastic lining are used to prevent corrosion or moisture damage.
• Final Inspection Tagging: Before being sealed, all crates are verified against final inspection checklists and tagged to confirm quality control approval.
